This week I paid tribute to the late Jet Black, drummer for the iconic new wave band, the Stranglers. I also played music by Merseyside singer-songwriter John Witherspoon, the Chameleons (a post-punk band with 40 years longevity who are touring locally), and Vanessa Paradis plus 30 other alternative songs. Also I highlighted rock and pop shows happening in the South Lakes, North Lancs, and Fylde Coast areas this week, and we had another challenging edition of my Start Me Up Game.
