My latest audiobook narration

It took me almost a year to narrate 72 short stories. These stories were written by F Scott Fitzgerald, author of The Great Gatsby, and one of my favourite writers.

This narration includes readings of The Rich Boy, The Baby Party, and He Thinks He’s Wonderful, amongst others

Often on audiobook sites like LibriVox and Legamus, such a long book would be completed by several readers. Solo readers can often realise they’ve taken on too much, but I wanted to do this one all by myself accompanied by my trusty proof listener Lynette Caulkins in the USA without whom none of this would have been possible.

It was a labour of love on our part. At times I found it tough to complete the task I’d set myself, but I did it.

The readings amount to 36 hours (and the proof listening by Lynette. probably a bit more than that). The time spent recording, re-recording, editing, uploading, and documenting metadata is incalculable.
