Christmas came to the Monday Evening Show (MES) this week with some 12 Yule-tastic alternative tracks which were outside the normal playlisted Xmas choons you hear on the radio. I paid tribute to Keith Richards just 79 years old on 18 Dec and paid my debt to Fylde Coast poet David Whippman. I played David’s request from a few weeks ago when I interviewed him in episode 164 of the show on 28 Nov. I also played tracks released this year that I’d enjoyed the most. I think you’ll enjoy them too. As ever I supported rock and pop shows happening in the South Lakes, North Lancs, and Fylde Coast areas this week, and we had another challenging edition of my Start Me Up Game.
