The iPhone has been a tremendous boon to the amateur film-maker. I’ve never used anything else. Apple’s iMovie software for editing iPhone video is so intuitive too. All videos on my site were made with those tools.
The houses on this nice little street in Cerrado de Calderon have great views over the bay of Pedregalejo. I love this little suburb.

This is the Three Kings parade held in the village of Rodalquilar, in Cabo de Gata, Spain on Jan 6th every year. We stayed here in 2018.
This is the 2nd Gilbert & George exhibition I’ve been to. The first was at the wonderful CAC in Malàga, Spain. This display was at the White Cube Gallery in Bermondsey, London UK. I walked more than 11 miles across London that day!
We went to the Museo de Picasso in Malaga, Spain. The music at the beginning was recorded on my phone from a street performance. i think it adds to the exhibition.
Every year there’s a kite festival on St Anne’s Beach. It’s normally very windy – who knew and at s kite festival too! And it’s usually very chilly but the colour and being out in the huge space – I like lots of room around me – makes it well worthwhile. We used to sit eating sausage sandwiches in the sand dunes looking down on the kite flyers but they’ve fenced some of it off, which spoilt it for us.
We went to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery in Glasgow. The History Boys, a famous painting school appear In this short film.
This is a Spitfire exhibition I went to in 2016 with a friend who’s obsessed with everything to do with flying. The Spitfire is still on display at Blackpool Airport https://spitfirevisitorcentre.co.uk
